Refund & Cancellation
Our goods will not be returned.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so. But you send the goods back without taking delivery,
The deadline for canceling an order is 1 day from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 5 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Important Note
We value our customers' time and money, and therefore, we strive to ensure that they receive their purchased products on or before the committed date and in the best condition possible.
1. After placing an order, if the parcel is ready with the courier company, it will be dispatched on the same day or the next day. If the product is not ready in the office, please allow 4-5 days for dispatch.
2. We offer free shipping across India. International shipping rates depend on the country and the weight of the product. Each country has different shipping rates based on the product weight.
3. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product.
4. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can check and track your order's delivery status with our local logistics partner using your order number.
5. No pick-ups will be made from the store on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partners do not pick up packages on those days.
6. If you need your order urgently, please contact us on the provided number in the contact details.
7. Delivery for all orders takes approximately 2-5 days from the dispatch date, depending on the destination. More information about the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request. (Please ensure you provide a complete address when placing your order.)
Shipping Delays
1. In case of weather issues, strikes, or any other reasons causing delays in parcel delivery, please do not hold us accountable and kindly understand the situation. We will keep you informed about the status.
2. No refunds or returns will be accepted during such times.
3. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for standard delivery.
4. When placing an order, please enter the full address to prevent any delivery delays.
Other Shipping Information
1. We deliver to all postal addresses around India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we request you to provide a complete street address with the pin code.
2. Our courier agents include FedEx, DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, India Post, Mahavir Express, XpressBess, Ecom Express, Amazon Couriers, and more. There is usually no delivery on Saturdays and Sundays in most cities as they follow a 5-day workweek. However, we may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery in certain cases at an additional cost.
3. Furthermore, deliveries are typically made during the regular business hours of the courier companies, and these hours may vary by country. Please note that no shipments will be made from the store on Sundays and public holidays, as our logistics partners do not perform pickups on those days.
4. If you order two or more items, you may receive them in separate boxes on different days, depending on the availability of the items and shipping locations. For additional safety during transit, products are often sent separately, so you may receive multiple deliveries at your address.
